Collections are uploaded and stored in a single file crate to ensure that the entire collection remains together. Crates cannot be edited or otherwise "managed" in the archive, ensuring integrity.

Immutable Storage

Crates can be uploaded and downloaded. They cannot be edited in CrateSpace. This Immutable nature ensures the integrity of research data sets.

Select Community or Private visibility

All Crates can be marked as Findable by the whole community (AAF) or Private (only findable for your Organisation).

Ensure Approved Downloads

Select if each crate can be downloaded on request or if approval is required first.

High Speed Secure Downloads

Once approved, all downloads are available for a specified time and can be downloaded using the instructions supplied.
